The 26-year-old motorcycle rider surnamed Huang was driving on Zhongzheng North Road, Yongkang District, Tainan City at about 6 a.m. on the 27th. He was suspected of not keeping a distance from heavy power machinery. He fell into the bottom of the car and was run over by a wheel. He suffered severe head injuries on the spot.
