The footage shows the driver speeding up before the crosswalk and failing to brake. Having hit people, he left the scene of the accident. The Investigative Committee is currently investigating.
Earlier it was reported that at least six people were injured in the accident, one of them was hospitalized, eyewitnesses report. Among the injured were two children aged 8-10.
