A California teenager was shot 14 times after a gun fell out of his underwear. Police officers stopped the suspect's car and ordered him to stay put, but he disobeyed and decided to run away. An officer pulled down the teenager's pants, and the gun fell to the pavement. When the suspect reached for the gun, he was shot.
