Ukrainian Deputy Detonates Three Grenades During A Village Council Meeting Killing One Person

One person was killed and 26 others were wounded after a man detonated grenades inside a village council meeting in Ukraine on Friday.

The incident, which was caught on camera, happened in Zakarpattia in the building of Keretsky village council, a local Ukraine news agency reported.
