Veracruz (Mexico), Aug 4 (EFE) - The dismembered bodies of at least three people were dumped on a highway in the eastern state of Veracruz on Monday, along with a message signed by the Grupo Sombra criminal organization, alleging extortion and assaults on inmates that sparked a riot at the prison in the port of Tuxpan over the weekend.
