Chihuahua, Chih.- Three individuals disguised with blond wigs attacked the inspector of the Banking Police, Víctor Hugo Sosa Martínez, from a green van last Monday, February 10 in the Villas del Real neighborhood, just as he was preparing to board his official vehicle and go to work.
