On the morning of this Wednesday (22), a man known by the nickname “Fofão”, due to his obesity, was found dead inside his residence, in the Retiro neighborhood, in Rio de Janeiro. The property, which was in an extremely dirty state and had accumulated a large amount of objects, presented typical characteristics of a hoarder's house.
According to neighbors, the man, who lived alone, was a recluse and rarely received visitors. The body was discovered after local residents noticed a strong odor coming from the residence and called the authorities.
