CCTV footage has emerged showing a man wearing a checkered shirt, short pants and a hat, carrying a loaded gun, crossing the road and shooting a man standing on the middle of the road to the back of the head.
The deceased was seen wearing a light backpack, a helmet, a light blue short-sleeved shirt and a short tunic, and had tattoos on his right forearm and thigh.
