Olinda María Galarza de Arroyo, 81, lost her life when she was run over by a combi belonging to the Integrated Transport System on the seventh block of Avenida Ejército. The driver drove forward without noticing her presence in front of the vehicle, making her another victim of the irresponsibility of public transport drivers in Arequipa.
