The National Police of Azua is pursuing two individuals who, on board a motorcycle, killed a Haitian man on the night of Monday, December 30, apparently with the aim of robbing him. The incident occurred in the municipal district of Las Clavellinas, in the city of Azua.
According to authorities, the man, whose identity has not yet been confirmed, was walking calmly through the area when he was intercepted by the two unscrupulous men. The attackers used a knife to attack him, leaving him lying near a stream in the community.
