A Senior Russian General And His Assistant Were Killed By An Exploding Scooter In Moscow

Igor Kirillov, who oversaw Russia's chemical weapons forces, was killed by an exploding scooter while leaving a building.

Mr Kirillov’s assistant was also killed in the blast.
