COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus police released body camera footage Friday showing the moments leading up to a deadly shooting outside a police substation in the University District earlier this week.
Lamine Mahmoudi, 34, was fatally shot by officers early Tuesday morning. Police say he was armed with two knives and did not follow orders to drop the weapon.
