A Group Of Army Conscripts Crash By A Car While Crossing A Road In The Dark In Kamchatka, Russia

In Kamchatka, a video is being circulated on social networks, which shows a car crashing into a group of presumably military personnel standing on the road.

The distributed dashcam footage shows a car hitting several people in uniform, one of whom is wearing a reflective vest, at a speed of about 80 kilometers per hour. The car, apparently, flies into a ditch. You can hear that there are several people in the cabin.
